SARAJANE CAZARES graduated from Columbia University and has over 25 years of experience. She is licensed to provide psychotherapy in Florida and Minnesota. Sarajane creates a comfortable and safe environment where you can feel free to address issues that are important to you. Sarajane draws from a few therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. These include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic psychotherapy and Brainspotting. Sarajane absolutely loves teaching DBT skills to help with regulating emotions, tolerating distress and communicating effectively.
